What do I need to do to get started?
Either phone or e-mail us and we will get the proper paper work to you, sign it and you’ll be up and running in a couple of days.

Do you offer support if I need help with Realty Wizard?
We provide excellent support for our clients, just e-mail us at info@realtywizard.biz, and we will be there to support you.

What is IDX?
IDX stand for Internet Data Exchange. IDX is also commonly called Broker Reciprocity or MLS Sharing. IDX is the NAR policy that enables Realty Wizard to put active MLS data on qualified agent web sites.

What MLS system do you cover?
Realty Wizard can work with any MLS system. If we haven’t worked in your area we can and would be willing to work with you to get that accomplished. e-mail info@realtywizard.biz

Does your system adhere to my MLS board's rules?
Realty Wizard works closely with each MLS board to ensure full compliance with the distribution and branding requirements of every listing.

Do I have to be a member of the local MLS to get data?
Yes, our agreements with the various MLS systems require that we only provide our IDX based programs to members of that MLS. 

Can I keep my current E-mail address? Yes.

How do I promote my Website?
We provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services as well as other promotion/marketing services. Contact us for details.
